​Joann Tolbert-Yancy is a woman of incredible passion.  She lives her life out loud…on purpose.  She loves to speak and to engage people’s emotions, touch their hearts, as well energize and inspire them to achieve excellence.  Her presentation is fast paced and entertaining.  Her style of delivery is energetic, powerful, thought provoking and inspirational.  She has literally had workshop participants and audiences sitting on the edge of their seats because of her ability to connect with others.  She delivers insight, power and impact allowing audiences to seize an “attitude of gratitude” and to live life to the fullest.This cutting edge, multi-faceted messenger shines with empowerment, encouragement and educational insights. Using her skills as a Human Resources/Legal Professional, Ms. Yancy has always incorporated positive suggestions and applications to encourage people to better themselves and inspire others.  Her personal experiences and philosophies have helped many create their own road map for success.

Ms. Yancy has traveled nationally and internationally inspiring and motivating. She toured with the African American Women on Tour from 1998 to 2002.  Past speaking opportunities have included the following brief listing:  State Farm Insurance Texas Zone, U. S. Postal Service South Georgia District, Blacks in Government National Conference, City of Dallas, Radio One, Ohio University, Blacks in Criminal Justice, and Defense Missile System.Over the last eleven (12) years, Ms. Yancy has successfully produced women’s conference from Bililox MS, Las Vegas, NV, Miami, FL, Cancun, Mexico, and Dallas, TX to hosting conferences aboard cruise ships for over a thousand women.  She is  currently the Executive Producer and Founder of Women Tour America Conference, debuting in Orlando, FL, March 2008.

Ms. Yancy is also an author of 4 books which includes “Romantic Secrets Men Should Know," “What Dreams are You Sitting On,” "Unwritten Rules of the Workplace." and her latest book, "Leadership At It's Best ."

​Ms. Yancy, who holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, is the President of Jotoski Human Resource Consulting Firm which specializes in Diversity Training, Management Development, and Employment Law issues.
